Chairmans’ Cup Champs

Make more space in the trophy cabinet!  A big congrats to our Chairmans’ Cup side that overcame Burnside West away from home to claim the much coveted trophy. The Chairmans’ cup brings together a broad range of players across grades in the club. It reflects the strength of a club’s membership and is one of the most challenging trophies to win in the Christchurch cricket scene.

Any Burnside team is difficult to beat at home, but some top bowling by the Heathcote restricted Burnside to a total that that Heathcote knocked off with ease. Nice work and congratulations again.
